Peter Marx has been involved with the Internet and digital media for more than 20 years as an attorney, strategic alliance and business deal advisor, corporate venture capitalist, Washington policy advocate and entrepreneur. He has been General Counsel of Interactive Data Corporation, partner at Goulston & Storrs and staff attorney in the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance. His book series, Contracts in the Information Industry, was published by the Software & Information Industry Association. He has written dozens of articles on strategic issues related to digital media and online information services. He is the creator and manager of the Cornell Law School's Alumni Helping Alumni careers program. He provides career counseling to Boston Bar Association volunteer lawyers and has served as Attorney in Residence at Suffolk University Law School counseling students and alumni on career strategy and non-traditional legal careers and creative ways to employ a legal background. He is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Clark University mentoring students on innovation and entrepreneurship and has been an Executive In Residence at Babson's Olin Graduate School of Business. For more than 20 years he has produced and hosted Business Insight, an award-winning public access TV show, that has been broadcast in major markets including Boston, New York and Washington, DC. He holds BA, MBA and JD degrees from Cornell University.

She has held of variety of executive positions including Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Fidelity Investments where she directed the branding of the firm's 401(k) offering and SVP & general manager of Hill and Knowlton (H&K) New England. Ms. Marx is a past president of the Boston Club, the city's largest organization of professional women, and currently serves on the Board of the Commonwealth Institute, an organization dedicated to helping entrepreneurial and corporate women grow personally and professionally. Ms. Marx holds a BA degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MS in communications from Boston University.
He was the founder of Ziff-Davis Interactive, the first new media company born of a major publishing company. He was previously a partner at Bain and Company and is the president and executive producer of our production partner Diginovations. He received a bachelor's degree in Engineering and Applied Physics from Harvard College and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
